Directions for Use: 1. Take one Epaplus Sleepcare Retard Balance Sleep and Stress tablet daily. 2. Ingest the tablet approximately 30 minutes before your intended bedtime. 3. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.

Recommended Frequency: For optimal results, take one tablet every night, consistently, 30 minutes before going to bed.

Additional Tips: 1. Maintain a regular sleep schedule, even on weekends, to support your natural sleep-wake cycle. 2. Create a relaxing bedtime routine to prepare your body for sleep. This could include taking a warm bath, reading a book, or listening to calming music. 3. Ensure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool to promote optimal sleep conditions. 4. Limit exposure to blue light from electronic devices at least one hour before bed. 5. Avoid caffeine and alcohol close to bedtime. 6. WARNINGS: This product is intended for adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
