Directions for Use:


1. Apply a pea-sized amount of your chosen toothpaste to the PHB Sensitive Toothbrush.


2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces using small, circular motions. Pay special attention to the gum line and interdental areas.


3. Brush for at least two minutes, ensuring you reach every tooth.


4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.


5. Clean the toothbrush under running water and store it upright in a clean, dry place to allow it to air dry.


Recommended Frequency:


Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after every meal. For optimal oral hygiene, use in conjunction with flossing and mouthwash.


Additional Tips:


1. Replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn.


2. For individuals with sensitive gums, avoid applying too much pressure while brushing. Let the ultrasoft bristles do the work.
