Directions for Use:
1. Apply a pea-sized amount of your chosen toothpaste to the PHB Sensitive Toothbrush.
2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces using small, circular motions. Pay special attention to the gum line and interdental areas.

4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
5. Clean the toothbrush under running water and store it upright in a clean, dry place to allow it to air dry.
