How to Use: 1. Break off about 18 inches (45cm) of Oral-B Essential Floss and wind it around your middle fingers, leaving about 1-2 inches (2.5-5cm) of floss to work with. 2. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a sawing motion. 3. When the floss reaches the gum line, curve it into a "C" shape against one tooth. 4. Gently slide the floss into the space between the gum and the tooth. 5. Use up and down motions to remove plaque and debris. 6. Repeat this process on all your teeth, using a clean section of floss for each tooth.
Recommended Frequency: Use Oral-B Essential Floss at least once a day, preferably in the evening before brushing your teeth. Consistent daily use is key to maintaining good oral hygiene.
