How to Use: 1. Break off about 18 inches (45cm) of Oral-B Essential Floss and wind it around your middle fingers, leaving about 1-2 inches (2.5-5cm) of floss to work with. 2. Gently slide the floss into the space between the gum and the tooth. 5. Use up and down motions to remove plaque and debris. 6. Repeat this process on all your teeth, using a clean section of floss for each tooth.
