Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. For the first use, prime the nozzle by briefly pressing until a fine spray is produced. 4. Tilt your head slightly to the side. 5. Carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril. 6. Press the nozzle firmly for a short burst. 7. Let the solution drain out, then gently blow your nose. 8.
