This is my first time trying a nasal spray like this for general well-being, and I'm quite impressed. The packaging is simple and functional, easy to hold and use. The nozzle delivers a fine mist, which is a relief, I was worried it might be uncomfortable. It feels very clean and refreshing. I'm still getting used to the sensation, but it definitely makes me feel clearer.

This nasal spray really helps clear my sinuses when I'm feeling stuffed up. I appreciate that it's just sea water; no weird chemicals. The fine mist is comfortable and doesn't feel harsh. My only small wish is for a slightly larger bottle, as I tend to use it frequently during allergy season. It's effective for daily maintenance too.

Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. For the first use, prime the nozzle by briefly pressing until a fine spray is produced. 4. Tilt your head slightly to the side. 5. Carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril. 6. Press the nozzle firmly for a short burst. 7. Let the solution drain out, then gently blow your nose. 8. Repeat the process in the other nostril. 9. Clean the nozzle with soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly. 10. Replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use 2 to 6 times per day in each nostril, as needed, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Additional Tips: For optimal hygiene, this product is for individual use. Do not share with others. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
