I used to take a different melatonin supplement, but I decided to try this one based on the ingredients. It works really well for me, I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. The only minor issue is the size of the tablets, they are a bit big and can be hard to swallow sometimes, but overall I'm very happy with the results.
