I'm a huge Heel fan and this doesn't disappoint. I find it more effective than their other sleep aid product, the one with valerian. It seems to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I only wish they came in a bigger bottle.

I've been using Heel products for years, and they consistently deliver. I was curious about this one for sleep, as I've tried their other supplements with great success.
