I'm a big fan of Heel products, and this Sleepeel is just as good as their other supplements. The packaging is simple but effective, and I appreciate that it's easy to take on the go. Definitely recommend if you're already a Heel fan.

It's okay for the price. Does help me drift off but I find I wake up a couple of times during the night still. Not a miracle cure, but better than nothing.

I used to take melatonin, but it sometimes left me feeling groggy. These are much better. I fall asleep easier and wake up feeling refreshed. Definitely worth the switch.
