I'm new to all this menopause stuff, and honestly, I was dreading the nights. A friend suggested these, and I've been taking them for about two weeks. I think they're helping? I'm definitely sleeping a bit better, not waking up as much. Maybe it's placebo, but hey, if it works, it works! Gonna keep using them and see how it goes.
