Pues la verdad, no sé si es placebo o qué... pero me está funcionando mejor que las pastillas de melatonina que tomaba antes... a ver si sigue así!

I was a bit skeptical about this, I'll admit. Seemed a bit pricey for such a small bottle. But, I've tried other sleep aids and they leave me groggy. This one doesn't. It actually works, and I wake up feeling refreshed. Still think it could be a bit cheaper though.
