I bought this after my doctor suggested melatonin for my sleep issues. It seems to be helping me fall asleep faster. I'm not waking up as much during the night either.

My doctor suggested I try melatonin for my sleep issues, and I decided to give Aquilea a shot. It's pretty good, I've noticed a definite improvement in how quickly I fall asleep. The only slight downside is that I sometimes wake up a bit groggy, but it's a small price to pay for actually getting some decent rest. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I was looking at other brands with higher dosages, but this one seemed like a good starting point. So far, it's been great for adjusting my sleep schedule after a long trip. I like that it's a lower dose, feels more natural.
