I used to struggle so much with getting to sleep, always tossing and turning. This Aquilea Sleep Express is totally new for me, never tried anything like it before. I just spray it and it actually helps me calm down and drift off. It's way better than just trying to count sheep! I wake up feeling pretty refreshed too, which is a big change.
