Directions for Use: 1. Place one filter bag in a cup. 2. Pour boiling water (about 200ml) over the filter bag. 3. Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes, covering the cup to retain the essential oils. 4. Remove the filter bag and enjoy. 5. Sweeten to taste, if desired.


Recommended Frequency: Drink 1-2 cups of Aboca Finocarbo Plus Herbal Tea daily, preferably after meals or when experiencing bloating and gas.


Additional Tips: For best results, use freshly boiled water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. For enhanced benefits, consider combining Aboca Finocarbo Plus Herbal Tea with Aboca Finocarbo Plus capsules (if available). Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.   • I was looking for a natural remedy to help with bloating and this tea has been a lifesaver! I tried other herbal teas before, but this one has a much more pleasant taste and actually seems to work. I drink it after meals and it really helps.
