Love this brand! This works well, though I think I prefer the Chronobiane melatonin ones for when I really can't sleep. Still good though.

Take one tablet about an hour before bed. Helps me relax. I used to toss and turn for ages, but now I fall asleep much faster. Works well!

A friend swore by these for ages, so I finally caved. I did look at other brands with similar ingredients, but the Pileje name kept popping up. So far, they're actually helping me get a more restful sleep. Definitely worth a try if you're struggling.

Melioran is composed of Phytostandard Rodiola extracts and Saffron Safracetin extract.
Rhodiola has multiple properties: it helps the body adapt to emotional stress, helps stimulate the nervous system and improve mood and mood.
The rhodiola extract is obtained according to the Phytostandard extraction procedure. Most of the compounds are restored and their integrity is respected.
