Aliviolas Tisana is useful to promote physiological intestinal transit and acts respecting the intestine thanks to the synergy of: Cassia, which exerts a specific action on intestinal transit; Fennel and Caraway, which promote the elimination of intestinal gases; Mallow, Melissa and Licorice, which help digestive physiological processes. Aliviolas Tisana is a biological and 100% natural product that, due to the characteristics of its action, is indicated to be used as needed. Furthermore, the presence of Rooibos and Fennel enriched with their essential oil gives a pleasant flavor to the herbal tea even without adding sugar; If necessary, it is preferable to use honey.   Composition:   Contains 20 bags.   Senna (Cassia angustifolia), leaves*; Caraway (Carum carvi), fruits*; Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), root*; Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), fruits*; Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis), leaves*; Melissa (Melissa officinalis), leaves*; Mallow (Malva sylvestris), leaves*; Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), natural aroma essential oil. *Biological Ingredient   Allergens/Intolerances:   Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or individual allergy to one or more components.   How to use:   It is advisable to take a cup of herbal tea in the afternoon when considered appropriate. One filter is enough to prepare a cup of herbal tea (about 200 ml). Pour the boiling water into a cup with the filter bag and cover the container so that the most volatile substances do not disperse. Analytical studies carried out by the Aboca research team demonstrate that Aliviolas tisana provides the ideal amount of functional substances with a 7-minute infusion.   Warnings and conservation:   Do not exceed the recommended doses. Food supplements cannot be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of smaller children. The filter bags are made with a patented “tied” closure system without glue or metal points. To preserve the organoleptic characteristics and properties of the herbs as much as possible, each filter is wrapped in an “aroma-saving” bag. Directions for Use: 1. When needed, place one filter bag into a cup (approximately 200 ml). 2. Pour boiling water over the filter bag. 3. Cover the cup to prevent the loss of volatile substances. 4. Steep for 7 minutes. 5. Remove the filter bag and enjoy.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed, preferably in the afternoon.


Additional Tips: This herbal tea has a naturally pleasant flavor due to the Rooibos and Fennel enriched with essential oil, so adding sugar is not necessary. If desired, honey can be used as a sweetener.
Do not exceed the recommended dose of one cup per day when needed.

Ingredients: Organic Senna leaves (Cassia angustifolia Vahl.) titrated in sennosides, Organic Fennel fruits (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), Organic Liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.), Organic Peppermint leaves (Mentha piperita L.), Organic Mallow leaves (Malva sylvestris L.), Organic Chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla L.), Organic Boldo leaves (Peumus boldus Molina). WARNINGS: This product contains Senna. Do not use for more than one week without consulting a healthcare professional. Long-term or excessive use may lead to dependence and electrolyte imbalance. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12 years of age, or individuals with intestinal obstructions, inflammatory bowel diseases (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, severe dehydration, or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. May interact with certain medications, including diuretics, corticosteroids, and cardiac glycosides. If you are taking any medications, consult your doctor before use. This product may cause abdominal discomfort, such as cramping or bloating. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
