  • Ok, so I was super skeptical about these. Anti-stress? Sounded like a load of marketing hype. But honestly, I've been taking them for a couple of weeks and I do feel… calmer? Maybe it's a placebo effect, but I'll take it. Not sure if I'd buy again, but they weren't a total waste of money, which is a win in my book.
