I'm a big fan of Supradyn and have been using their multivitamins for years. I was curious to try this one specifically for the 50+ age group. The packaging is really nice, very sleek and modern, and the tablets are easy to swallow. It's similar to their other energy supplements, but I think this one is a bit more tailored to my needs now that I'm getting older. Definitely worth trying if you're a fan of the brand!

I used to take Berocca, but these seem to be much better for me. I feel less of a sugar rush and more sustained energy throughout the day. Plus, the price is pretty good compared to others I've seen. Will buy again.

Easy to take, no weird aftertaste. I take one every morning with breakfast. Seems to give me a little boost, especially on days when I'm not sleeping well. I'd say it's worth a try if you need a little extra energy.

Definitely feeling more energy throughout the day. I liked the original Energy ones, but these seem even better formulated for my age group.
