Directions for Use: 1. Take one tablet daily.
2. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
3. Do not crush or chew the tablet.

  • I'm a big fan of Bion3 products, and this one doesn't disappoint. The packaging is really sturdy, which I appreciate. It feels more premium than some of their other supplements, like the ones in the orange box. I like that these are individually blister-packed, makes it easy to take on the go. Definitely a step up in terms of presentation!
