For the price, this is a great product. I use it before bed when my nose is super stuffy. I put a towel on my pillow because sometimes a little drips out, but it clears me up fast.

Recommended Frequency: Use 1-2 sprays in each nostril up to 3 times per day as needed. Do not exceed 6 applications per day. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen.
