Repeat steps 3-5 for the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Use 1-2 sprays in each nostril up to 3 times per day as needed. Do not exceed 6 applications per day. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen.
