Directions for use: 1. Gently blow your nose before use. 2. Shake the bottle well. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Tilt your head slightly forward. 5. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press firmly and quickly to deliver the spray. 6. Breathe in gently while spraying. 7. Repeat in the other nostril. 8. Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the protective cap.

Recommended frequency: Use 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, up to 6 times per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not use for more than 5 consecutive days unless advised by a doctor.

Additional tips: For hygienic reasons, each bottle should be used by only one person. Do not share the nasal spray with others. Discard the bottle after 5 days of use, even if it is not empty. If symptoms persist or worsen after 5 days, consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Ingredients: Aqua, Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) essential oil, Eucalyptus radiata (Eucalyptus) essential oil, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) essential oil, Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree) essential oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) essential oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) essential oil, Thymus vulgaris (Thyme) essential oil, Cinnamomum camphora ct cineol (Ravintsara) essential oil, Pinus sylvestris (Pine) essential oil. WARNINGS: For nasal use only. Do not use in children under 3 years of age. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional. May cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Use with caution if you have asthma or other respiratory conditions. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Improper use may lead to adverse effects.
