Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Tilt your head slightly forward. 5. Additional Tips: For optimal hygiene, each bottle should be used by only one person. Do not use the nasal spray for more than 30 consecutive days.
