Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Tilt your head slightly forward. 5. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping the bottle upright. 6. Press the pump firmly and quickly while inhaling gently through your nose. 7. Repeat in the other nostril. 8. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use one to two sprays in each nostril three to four times a day, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Additional Tips: For optimal hygiene, each bottle should be used by only one person. Do not use the nasal spray for more than 30 consecutive days. If symptoms persist after 7 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Store the nasal spray in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of reach of children. After opening, use within 6 months.
