I'm a Scholl's fan anyway, their foot creams are amazing. These plasters are good too, but not quite as comfy as the gel ones, if you have a choice. Still, they stay put.

Directions for Use: Clean and dry the heel area thoroughly before applying the plaster. Place the plaster over the blister and press firmly to ensure good adhesion. The plaster will stay in place for up to 7 days or until it naturally detaches.
Warnings and Storage: Store in a dry, cool place. Do not apply to open wounds or infections. If irritation or adverse reaction occurs, remove the plaster and consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions for Use:
1. Clean and dry the affected heel area thoroughly. Ensure the skin is free from any creams, lotions, or oils.
2. Peel off the backing paper from the plaster, being careful not to touch the adhesive side.
3. Center the plaster over the blister, ensuring the adhesive edges make full contact with the surrounding healthy skin.
4. Smooth down the plaster firmly, pressing around the edges to secure it in place.
5. Leave the plaster in place for up to 7 days, or until it begins to peel away on its own. Do not attempt to remove the plaster prematurely, as this may damage the blister and delay healing.
Recommended Frequency:
Apply a new plaster as needed, typically when the previous one has detached naturally or after a maximum of 7 days. Do not reuse plasters.
Additional Tips:
1. For best results, apply the plaster as soon as you feel a blister forming. 2. Avoid applying the plaster to broken skin or infected areas. 3.
