Dr. Scholl Large Anti-Blister Heel Plasters - 5 Units

Directions for Use:

1. Clean and dry the affected heel area thoroughly. Ensure the skin is free from any creams, lotions, or oils.
2. Peel off the backing paper from the plaster, being careful not to touch the adhesive side.
3. Center the plaster over the blister, ensuring the adhesive edges make full contact with the surrounding healthy skin.
4. Smooth down the plaster firmly, pressing around the edges to secure it in place.
5. Leave the plaster in place for up to 7 days, or until it begins to peel away on its own. Do not attempt to remove the plaster prematurely, as this may damage the blister and delay healing.

Recommended Frequency:

Apply a new plaster as needed, typically when the previous one has detached naturally or after a maximum of 7 days. Do not reuse plasters.

Additional Tips:

1. For best results, apply the plaster as soon as you feel a blister forming. 2. Avoid applying the plaster to broken skin or infected areas. 3. If you experience any increased pain, redness, swelling, or discharge around the blister area after applying the plaster, remove it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. 4. To prevent blisters, wear well-fitting shoes and socks made of breathable materials. 5. Consider using blister prevention products, such as Dr. Scholl's Blister Sticks or Cushions, before activities that are likely to cause blisters.
