Application is easy. Just clean and dry the area, apply the plaster, and press firmly. The cushioning is great and they really do stay put. My heel felt instantly better.

I checked out a few different blister plasters before settling on these. I liked that they felt quite thin and not too bulky. The texture is smooth, and they stick really well. No greasy residue either, which is a plus!

These are pretty good, and they definitely do the job. My only slight complaint is that the adhesive could be a little stronger. They stayed on fine during my walk, but I was a bit worried they might peel off.

Directions for Use:
1. Clean and dry the affected heel area thoroughly. Ensure the skin is free from any creams, lotions, or oils.
2. Peel off the backing paper from the plaster, being careful not to touch the adhesive side.
3. Center the plaster over the blister, ensuring the adhesive edges make full contact with the surrounding healthy skin.
4. Smooth down the plaster firmly, pressing around the edges to secure it in place.
5. Leave the plaster in place for up to 7 days, or until it begins to peel away on its own. Do not attempt to remove the plaster prematurely, as this may damage the blister and delay healing.
Recommended Frequency:
Apply a new plaster as needed, typically when the previous one has detached naturally or after a maximum of 7 days. Do not reuse plasters.
