Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and locate the string. 3. Hold the applicator barrel firmly at the grooved grip. 4. Gently pull the outer tube of the applicator away from the inner tube until the two tubes lock into place. 5. Sitting or standing comfortably, locate the vaginal opening. 6. Carefully insert the applicator at a slightly upward angle towards the small of your back. 7. Push the inner tube completely into the outer tube using your index finger. 8. Gently remove the applicator. 9. The string should remain hanging outside the body. 10. Wash your hands again.
Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more frequently if needed. Never wear a tampon for longer than 8 hours.
Additional Tips: Tampon Size: Start with Regular absorbency and switch to Super if needed for heavier flow days. Using a tampon with a higher absorbency than needed can increase the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).
TSS Warning: TSS is a rare but serious illness that can be fatal. Read the enclosed leaflet for information on TSS and the risks associated with tampon use.
