Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the applicator and extend the inner tube fully by pulling the grip until it clicks. 3. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina, aiming slightly towards the lower back. 4. Push the inner tube completely into the outer tube to insert the tampon. 5. Remove the applicator and wrap it in the wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of it hygienically. Do not flush the applicator.
Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more frequently if needed. Do not use a tampon for more than 8 hours.
Additional Tips: Tampax Pearl Lites are designed for light flow days. If you find you are changing your tampon more frequently than every 4 hours, you may need to use a higher absorbency. For the first few times, using a backup pad may provide extra security. Always choose the lowest absorbency needed for your flow. If you experience any discomfort or difficulty inserting or removing the tampon, consult a healthcare professional. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience symptoms of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), such as sudden fever, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, or a sunburn-like rash.
