B vitamins are essential nutrients that the body needs. They help the body convert food into energy and give us vitality throughout the day, in addition to promoting our intellectual performance.
B vitamins are water-soluble nutrients necessary to maintain energy and general vitality, but they also participate in many other important functions of the body, such as the immune system, the nervous system and intellectual functions. Solgar® Vitamin B-Complex with Vitamin C provides these important group B vitamins.
• Riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6 and B12 that help reduce tiredness and fatigue and promote metabolism for energy production
• Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) which contributes to normal intellectual performance

How to use:
