I used to take a different brand of vitamin C and zinc, but I found these Kneipp capsules much easier to swallow. They're smaller, and I don't get that weird aftertaste I sometimes got with the other ones. I've been taking them for about two weeks now, and I think I'm feeling more energized, especially during these colder months. Definitely a good switch!

Used to take Berocca it was okay but these are way better no weird aftertaste and I feel more energised through the day great stuff
