Okay, so I'm new to the whole gummy vitamin thing for hair. I used to just use a regular biotin supplement, but these Kneipp gummies are way easier to remember to take, haha. I've been taking them for a few weeks, and my hair feels a bit stronger, maybe? It's hard to tell for sure, but I'm definitely seeing less breakage when I brush it. They taste pretty good too, kinda like a fruity snack.

Okay, so I was skeptical about these gummies. The smell is kinda fruity, but thankfully it doesn't linger in my hair afterwards. Pleasantly surprised!

These gummies are easy to chew, and I've noticed my nails are stronger. I've been taking them for about a month, and my hair seems a bit healthier too. No weird aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. Solid product.
