My sister, who's a nutritionist, actually told me about these. I'm terrible at remembering to take pills, so the gummy format was a huge selling point. They taste pretty good, not overly sweet like some gummy vitamins I've tried before. I've been taking them for about a month now, and I do feel like I have a bit more energy throughout the day. It's not a dramatic difference, but definitely noticeable. I'll keep buying them!

I'm a big Kneipp fan! I already use their bath salts and body wash, so I figured I'd give these a try. They're good, but I think I prefer the taste of the elderberry gummies they have. Still, a solid vitamin option.
