I'm a big Kneipp fan, I've used their bath salts for ages. These gummies are great, a really easy way to get my vitamins in. One bottle lasts two months, which is pretty good. I've noticed my nails are stronger, and my hair seems a bit shinier. For the price, I think they're worth it. Definitely recommend!

I take these gummies every other day, not daily. I find that's enough to keep my hair feeling stronger and looking healthier. Plus, they taste pretty good, which is a nice bonus! I've noticed less breakage since I started taking them.
