My doctor actually suggested I try this brand for sleep. I've been having a really hard time winding down at night, and prescription meds just weren't doing it for me. I take one tablet about an hour before bed, and I've noticed a definite improvement in how quickly I fall asleep. I still wake up occasionally, but I'm able to get back to sleep much faster than before. It's not a miracle cure, but it's definitely helping me get more restful sleep.

Was a bit skeptical about these, to be honest. The packaging is nice and sleek, but does it actually work? Surprisingly, yes. Seems to help me wind down a bit before bed. Not a miracle cure, but a noticeable difference.

I'm a big fan of Epaplus and have used their collagen supplements for years. I thought I'd give these a try, and they're pretty good. Not as strong as some other sleep aids, but I wake up feeling less groggy.
