I've never tried anything like this before, so I was a bit skeptical. But honestly, I think it's helping! I feel like I have a bit more energy during the day, and I'm not crashing as hard in the afternoons. Early days, but so far so good!

I'm a big fan of Arkopharma, I've used their other supplements before. This one is great! The packaging is simple but effective, and the tablets are easy to swallow. I think it's better than the ginseng one I tried last year, more sustained energy.

I've been taking these for a week now and I definitely feel more energetic in the afternoons. I take one tablet with breakfast and another around lunchtime. Seems to be working great!
