My doctor suggested I try these for a bit of an energy boost and to help with my immune system as I've been feeling run down lately. It's only been a couple of weeks, but I do feel a bit more like myself. I'm sleeping better too, which is a bonus. I'll keep taking them and see if the positive effects continue. So far, so good.
