I've been taking these for about three weeks now, primarily to help with that afternoon slump I always get after lunch. I usually feel pretty drained by 3 pm, but since starting these, I've noticed a real difference. My focus seems sharper during meetings, and I don't feel the need to grab a coffee as much. These tablets are a solid improvement over the generic brand I was using for a while. While they don't give me a huge jolt, I do feel more consistently alert, especially on days when I have early morning errands. My only minor gripe is the packaging; it feels a bit flimsy compared to what I'm used to.
