This mouthguard is definitely an upgrade from my old one. The fit is much more secure, which is crucial when I'm active. I used to wake up with some jaw discomfort, but that's significantly reduced now. My only minor gripe is that the material feels a tad stiffer initially compared to my previous custom-made one, taking a couple of nights to really soften up. Still, the protection and comfort are far superior for the price point.

This mouthguard has been a game-changer for my night grinding. It's quite comfortable once you get used to it, and the fit process was straightforward. My jaw feels much better in the mornings. The only minor drawback is that it feels a bit bulky for the first few nights, but that sensation does fade. Overall, very satisfied with how it protects my teeth.
