My dentist actually suggested I try an electric toothbrush, specifically this brand. I was a bit skeptical, I've always used a manual one and thought they were fine. But I have to admit, after a week, my teeth feel noticeably cleaner. The different settings are useful too. Still getting used to it, but so far, so good.
