Okay, so I'm new to the whole electric toothbrush thing, but these Oral-B IO replacement heads seem pretty good so far. My teeth actually feel cleaner than with a regular toothbrush, which is a plus. They were easy to attach to the handle, which I was worried about. I think they are a bit pricey, but if they last a while, it'll be worth it.
