Directions for Use:
1. Measure out 15ml of KIN Gingikin B5 Mouthwash. You can use the cap as a measuring guide.
2. Pour the mouthwash into your mouth. 3. Swish the liquid vigorously around your mouth and between your teeth for 30 seconds.
4. Gargle briefly. 5. Spit out the mouthwash. Do not swallow.
