Great mouthwash! Does exactly what it says it will. My mouth feels clean and my gums are less inflamed.

I was a bit skeptical, I admit. My gums have been a bit sensitive lately and I needed something stronger than the usual supermarket stuff. This Gingikin B5 mouthwash does seem to be helping, though. It's not a miracle cure, and I still need to see my dentist, but my gums feel less irritated after using it. I appreciate that it doesn't have that super strong alcohol taste that some mouthwashes have either.

Directions for Use:
1. Measure out 15ml of KIN Gingikin B5 Mouthwash. You can use the cap as a measuring guide.
2. Pour the mouthwash into your mouth. 3. Swish the liquid vigorously around your mouth and between your teeth for 30 seconds.
