Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, ensuring you reach all surfaces.
Rinse your mouth with water after brushing. Next, after brushing, rinse with the mouthwash.
Pour about 15ml of the mouthwash into a cup or directly into your mouth.
Swish the mouthwash around your mouth for approximately one minute, making sure it reaches all areas, including between teeth and along the gumline.
Do not swallow the mouthwash; spit it out after rinsing.
Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after using the mouthwash to allow it to work effectively. For optimal results, use the toothpaste and mouthwash twice daily, preferably after meals, as part of your regular oral hygiene routine.
