How to Use: 1. Remove the old brush head from your Oral-B iO toothbrush handle by gently pulling it off. 2. Ensure it is securely attached before use. 4. Wet the bristles of the brush head. 5. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush head. 6. Place the toothbrush in your mouth and turn it on. 7. Gently guide the brush head along the surfaces of your teeth, spending equal time on each quadrant of your mouth (upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left). 8.
