Wet the bristles with water. 6. Apply your preferred toothpaste to the brush head. 7. Place the brush head in your mouth and turn on your Oral-B iO toothbrush. 8. Brush all areas of your mouth, including the teeth and gums, for the dentist-recommended two minutes.
