This is my first electric toothbrush, so I wasn't sure what to expect. A friend recommended it, and I'm impressed! My teeth feel cleaner than ever before, and it's easy to use. The app is a bit much, but the brush itself is great.

How to Use: 1. Attach the iO brush head to the handle until it clicks into place. 2. Wet the brush head and apply your preferred toothpaste. 3. Place the toothbrush in your mouth and turn it on. 4. Guide the brush head slowly from tooth to tooth, cleaning the front, back, and chewing surfaces. 5. The integrated smart pressure sensor will light up if you are brushing too hard. Aim for a green light, indicating optimal pressure. 6. Brush for the dentist-recommended two minutes. The toothbrush will pulse every 30 seconds to indicate when to move to a different quadrant of your mouth. 7. After brushing, rinse the brush head thoroughly with water. 8. Remove the brush head from the handle for cleaning and storage. 9. Charge the toothbrush as needed on the charging base.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed, for two minutes each time.
Additional Tips: Replace your brush head every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. Use the Oral-B app for personalized brushing guidance and to track your progress.
