I was using a different sea water spray, but this one seems more effective. Not sure if it's the strength, but I'm happy with the switch.

The packaging is really well designed, feels sturdy and looks good in the bathroom cabinet. The spray nozzle is also very precise, which is important for this type of product. Overall, a very well-presented item.

I'm a big fan of Rhinomer products and this one doesn't disappoint. I've used their gentle spray before, but this plus version is definitely stronger and more effective for when I'm really congested. A great addition to their range.

Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear loose mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping your head upright. 5. Press the pump firmly and briefly while inhaling gently through your nose. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 2 or 3 times a day.
Additional Tips: For children under 12, adult supervision is recommended.
Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days unless advised by a healthcare professional.
If nasal congestion persists, consult a doctor.
