The packaging is really well designed, feels sturdy and looks good in the bathroom cabinet. The spray nozzle is also very precise, which is important for this type of product. Overall, a very well-presented item.

Directions for Use: 1. Tilt your head slightly forward over a sink. 2. Insert the nozzle gently into one nostril. 3. Press the nozzle firmly to release the spray into the nostril. 4. Allow the solution to drain or gently blow your nose. 5. Repeat the process in the other nostril. 6. After each use, clean the nozzle with warm water and dry it thoroughly.
Recommended Frequency: Use 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 2 or 3 times a day, or as needed.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, use Rhinomer Plus+ Strength 3 Strong regularly as part of your daily nasal hygiene routine.
Avoid sharing the nasal spray with others to prevent the spread of infection.
